How to reach us

Type your question — Finnish or English. After a couple of messages, an “Email us” link appears under the chat if the assistant hasn't solved it. We answer same day during EU business hours.

Before you ask.

Do you support my product category?

If it's a physical consumer good sold in the EU, almost certainly yes. We ship templates for textiles, furniture, electronics, cosmetics, and a generic ESPR template that fits the rest. Sign up and pick whichever fits — you can switch later without losing data.

I want to integrate Shopify.

Shopify auto-passport sync is queued for an early-2026 release. In the meantime, paste your Shopify product URL into the AI-assisted creation flow and we'll prefill most fields from the page.

Where's my data hosted?

EU only. Supabase in Frankfurt for the database and storage, Vercel's EU edge for delivery, Resend EU for transactional email. We don't send your data outside the bloc.

Is there a phone number?

Not yet. The AI assistant in the corner is the fastest way to get an answer — it knows the product, our pricing, and ESPR basics. If it can't help, use the 'Email us' option inside the chat to hand the conversation to a person.
