Wool cleans itself in fresh air — hang it outside for a few hours instead of washing. Spot-clean with cool water and a little wool soap; wash the whole throw only when it really needs it.

Snags pull back through with a crochet hook, no cutting. If a hole opens up, send it to us and we re-weave it for the cost of the yarn.
