Care & repair

Wool cleans itself in fresh air — hang it outside for a few hours instead of washing. Spot-clean with cool water and a little wool soap; wash the whole throw only when it really needs it.

End-of-life

Undyed and single-fibre, so it can be re-spun into new yarn. Past that, cut it up and compost it — wool feeds the soil as it breaks down.
