Product Passes provides AI-assisted drafts, ESPR-aligned starter templates, custom sections, printable QR codes, and supplier contributions with owner review. Customers can continue editing a Live passport. AI-generated values require human review against product evidence; the Completeness meter measures filled fields, not legal compliance.

Direct website prices below exclude VAT. Annual amounts are charged yearly. Shopify App Store billing has separate prices and trial terms.

Free includes 5 lifetime passports with no card needed. Activating a passport for the first time uses one lifetime slot; deactivation does not free it. Permanent deletion frees a slot, subject to the plan's yearly allowance. Direct Stripe billing offers one 14-day Studio trial per eligible workspace, with a card required. Studio and Foundry include Excel/CSV bulk import and Shopify sync. Free and Solo support manually linking an authored passport to a Shopify product without importing or syncing its fields.

Printed QR links remain resolvable after deactivation: full content remains available during the plan's grace period, then a retirement notice appears. Permanent deletion or an explicit public URL change breaks the old link. Retention of passport data is distinct from public availability of the full passport; product-specific obligations may require keeping it Live.

The service supplies structure, hosting and QR codes; it does not certify legal compliance. The brand remains the responsible economic operator. DPP duties, required fields, data-carrier placement and application dates depend on the applicable product rules. Battery requirements arise under a separate regulation. Product Passes currently publishes customer-selected public fields and offers a dedicated public-data battery preparation template with source and expiry tracking. It does not provide a restricted-access battery data model, BMS feeds or EU registry registration.

Operated by Digikamu Oy. Database and file storage are hosted in Frankfurt. AI assistance and other processors can involve transfers outside the EU; see the privacy policy. Custom integrations and enterprise capabilities require individual scoping. The Shopify App Store listing is awaiting approval as of this review date; Shopify integration should not be taken as confirmation of public App Store availability.
